Terms and Conditions
This is a guiding translation. The Spanish version remains the sole legally binding document.

1. Who Provides the Service
Tino is a service provided by Larissa Rezende, an individual residing in Spain ("Tino", "we", "us"). By using the application, you enter into a direct agreement with Larissa Rezende. For any inquiries, feel free to reach out via the in-app support form.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Tino, you accept these terms. You must be over 18 years old, and if acting on behalf of a company, you must have the authority to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. What Tino Offers
Tino identifies wines from a photo of their label using artificial intelligence, displays an estimated sensory profile, suggests pairings, and allows you to save your personal cellar and history. Identifications and profiles are indicative and may contain errors: they do not constitute professional, medical, or nutritional advice, and you should verify important information.
4. Proper Use
You are not permitted to:
- use the service for illicit, fraudulent, or spam purposes;
- upload content over which you do not have rights or which infringes on third-party intellectual property;
- interfere with the service's security (malware, probes, scraping, reverse engineering);
- resell, redistribute, or bypass the technical limits of your plan;
- share your credentials; you are responsible for the activity performed from your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, brand, design, and content of Tino are the property of Larissa Rezende. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use within the contracted plan. Photos you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely for the purpose of providing you with the service.
6. Service Level and Liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, and indirect or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of reputation) are excluded. Nothing in the foregoing limits liability for willful misconduct, death, or personal injury.
7. Payments and Subscription
Tino Premium is billed via a monthly subscription with a complimentary trial period. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle purchase conditions. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the already paid period.
Our order process is handled through our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle manages all customer service inquiries and returns.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in cases of serious breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated infringements. You can delete your account anytime from your profile; doing so will erase your personal data, cellar, and photos.
9. Changes, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction
We may update these terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app. If you reside in the European Union, these terms are governed by Spanish law and European consumer protection rules. If you reside in Brazil, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and the Internet Civil Framework also apply. The parties submit to the courts corresponding to your habitual residence: in the EU, those of the consumer's Member State of residence; in Brazil, the venue of the consumer's domicile.
