Our 30-Day Guarantee
We wholeheartedly offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely delighted with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request
Payments and refunds are lovingly managed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net using the email associated with your purchase, or simply reach out to us from within the app, and we'll guide you through the process.
Trial Period and Cancellation
You can use the free plan for as long as you like, no card needed. If you subscribe to Premium, you can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Right of withdrawal (EU) and right of regret (Brazil)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract (Directive 2011/83/EU). If you live in Brazil, you have 7 days from purchase to exercise the right of regret (art. 49 of the Consumer Defence Code).
